Diego Luna is a Mexican actor, director, and producer.
Diego rose to international fame with the 2001 film Y tu mamá también, starring alongside his childhood friend Gael García Bernal. Luna is best known for his role as Cassian Andor in Rogue One and the award winning Disney+ series Andor, and for playing Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo in Narcos: Mexico. His career spans both Mexican and Hollywood productions, most recently he reunited with Garcia Bernal to co-found the production company La Corriente Del Golfo.

Garcia Bernal and Luna’s deal is a first-look. The duo currently serve as executive producers on the upcoming “Untitled Cortés and Moctezuma” limited series from Amazon Studios and Amblin Television. As part of the deal, Bernal and Luna will create and produce content for Amazon Studios. The pair recently announced their new production house in Mexico, La Corriente del Golfo, an independent company for cinematic, theatrical, and television productions and a variety of community-oriented projects.
